The Executive/High-Profile Intervention

We offer a unique service to business leaders and those in other high-profile positions — confidential intervention and case management for persons in entertainment, music, and fashion industries, including those in positions of senior responsibility who have problems resulting from alcohol or drug use disorders. The executive/high-profile intervention employs the same dynamics as the structured family intervention: human concern, documented incidents and meaningful leverage.  Our services are totally confidential and we work closely with treatment facilities accustomed to treating  actors, musicians, models and others needing special services.

With the impaired executive,  the company’s reputation and financial losses are also present — leveraging factors important to a successful intervention outcome. Instead of family members as participants, selected senior management and colleagues form the intervention team.

Our job is to help decide the appropriate course of action to be taken. This action will follow a carefully planned strategy consistent with the harmony of interests the family, the colleagues, the company as well as the individual presenting the problem. The strategies employed provide the individual an opportunity to get confidential help without loss of dignity. This help includes an integrated program that begins with the intervention and continues with treatment and follow-up for one year. There is one flat fee for services based on the impaired individuals annual income.

WE RESPECT THE TIME CONSTRAINTS OF THE INTERVENTION PARTICIPANTS. OUR INTERVENTION MODEL IS STRUCTURED TO ACHIEVE OUR OBJECTIVE IN THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME. OUR GOAL IS TO HAVE THE INDIVIDUAL IN TREATMENT WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF YOUR PHONE CALL TO US.
